It was a fairly calm environment with good people there to build some good relationships.
What I wish was different
I wish that there could have been more involvement and more communication. A lot of things couldn't be done without the manager's approval-if she wasn't there, there wasn't much that could be done.
Advice
It's okay to ask questions when you don't know where things are; quite a few people are usually finding where things are at there, too.

What I liked
The team is really good. The environment of the staff and management is amazing. There is usually really clear communication between the management and the staff.
What I wish was different
When the store first opened there was a lot of free time and for me it is hard to be at work and feel like there is nothing to do. However, the store has steadily gotten busier the longer it has been open.
Advice
Make sure that while you are looking for a job you think about your needs. I tried to switch jobs but the job I switched to was not a good fit for me overall leading me back to Zurchers. This is because for what I needed out of a job Zurchers provided.
