I'd encourage everyone interested in Human Resources or recruiting to apply even if they feel anxious about not having enough experience. York really goes out of its way to provide every intern and employee with the resources and support they need. This hands on approach to welcoming and training employees has been really helpful and also, makes asking questions and doing job responsibilities much easier.
