What I liked

I like being able to work out a schedule that works for me and my classes. The environment is very welcoming and I feel valued as an employee.

What I wish was different

I wish there had been a more structured training process (although that seems to have improved since my training)

Advice

Always ask for help when you need it. I still ask my supervisors for advice on most of the new issues that come my way.
