The best part of this job are the people I work with. We have become something of a little family here in HR. I also genuinely like this job. I've had the opportunity to train a new student employee and learn a great deal of information about how money works in a business setting. This is information I would never have fully comprehended unless I worked at this particular job.
What I wish was different
Some of the work can be repetitive and sometimes the customers can be grouchy. However, these are all issues I can easily deal with and do not truly take anything away from my experience in HR.
Advice
I recommend that everyone should learn about how their paychecks work. It can be easy to stay ignorant about how one actually receives a paycheck. By understanding the process, you will not jump to conclusions and you will understand why and how you end up getting your check.

Everything was great! I learned a lot of cool things about human resources and realized how much this department is involved in the internal operations of an organization. Everyone is really nice here too!
