I love working with the kids, and alongside my co-coaches.
What I wish was different
I wish we are able to become a head coach with experience, but just based on college degree, because there are many head coaches who don't know how everything works, because they don't have the experience.
Advice
Once you get the hand of it, it is a great job to have!
