I enjoyed gaining office experience and learning how to manage an office site on my own with limited knowledge.

I wish the office was more structured with applying policies and adapting to both the residents and the employees' needs.

Advice

Be prepared for any sudden changes and prepare to learn a lot of information, laws, and people skills.
