The company has open door policy - I was able to work side by side with my manager and network with other employees within different departments.

More organized projects and mentorship.

What I liked
Solid company of about 500
Employees. Internship allows you to meet with employees throughout the company in different areas. Despite being a remote internship, Glenmede made the internship incredibly valuable.
What I wish was different
Obviously wish it could have been in person. Also found myself without work at times.
