The team surrounding me was supportive. The work-life balance was fantastic. The city was fun.
What I wish was different
I wasn't sure of what my project would be about going into the program.
Advice
It is a young program so there is going to be some down time, try to be productive and reach out to your peers at the bank and you'll have a successful time.
