A small and local firm, felt like a small community. Friendliness of coworkers and bosses. Everyone was always willing to help with any question or problem.
What I wish was different
More training on CPA style work would have been interesting but that is not what the company is really focused on.
Advice
Be comfortable with Excel and an accounting software such as Quickbooks.
