Fast paced environment where I was forced to learn a lot about scripting and managing issues before they happen.
What I wish was different
I wish the department was a bit larger so we could afford the technicians to have specific duties rather than each one being responsible to learn about everything onsite.
Advice
Learning new skills quickly is far more useful than initial knowledge.
