What I liked

I was really grateful for the supportive office culture and general kindness of my co-workers. Everyone I met was great to work with, and there always a network of people with different skill sets when I had a question. The company really does care about its employees, and I felt like I had all the support I needed to be successful.

What I wish was different

We were working on a project left behind by the previous year's interns, but we didn't always have the knowledge/skills necessary to complete the remaining tasks. It was a good learning experience, but we didn't accomplish much on paper, which was sometimes discouraging.

Advice

Ask lots of questions, and don't be afraid to speak up if you don't feel like you understand something. I wasted a good amount of time trying to figure things out on my own when I could have been getting advice from someone more experienced.
