What I liked
I absolutely love my job at QPS. I feel like everyone is rooting for my success there. They genuinely care about my accomplishments. I love that even though we work towards team goals, I am still able to work independently.
What I wish was different
The job can become somewhat monotonous. A little variety would help!
Advice
If you aren't comfortable with making and receiving phone calls, this is not the job for you. I am on the phone for the entirety of my shift, answering questions about studies, updating medical records, and verifying eligibility.
