“The structures department is very helpful and has a great work atmosphere. I started in design and got moved to structures and they were very willing to work with me to make sure I could balance the left over work I had from my previous department and their new training exercises. If I was ever stuck on a problem, I knew I could always ask questions and someone would help to the best of their ability. When I began working on real projects, the helpfulness continued. I learned how to use FEA software, and they took the time to make sure I understood the science behind the results instead of having me just memorize the process.”
