This internship is all about learning. The supervisor is very encouraging and listens to what I have to say/my ideas. She also invited me to several different meetings so I could see how they were run and what people were doing to better our university. She's also flexible with scheduling and even location of where I want to work. I enjoyed this internship so much and look forward to seeing how it progresses throughout the school year.
What I wish was different
Honestly, nothing. I love everything about this experience.

Don't be afraid to speak up. People actually want to hear your opinion and your ideas.
