What I liked
I loved the environment and the willingness to always teach me. We had lunch and learns where all departments would speak to us about their positions.
What I wish was different
Nothing.
Advice
Always ask questions, from the beginning. I started getting more comfortable in the middle and I wish I was more comfortable in the beginning.

What I liked
I worked on real client projects, there were lots of other interns, and the people we're lovely
What I wish was different
Mullen is very siloed, so there is some department rivalry. You are also on your own to find work a lot, which is a great opportunity to show initiative, but can be a pain.
Advice
Ask questions, talk to as many people as you can, and take on as much responsibility as possible.
