I enjoyed the mentorship and camaraderie of the site. I was also exposed to all plant operations and could talk to anyone in any department, from production control to sales to engineering. I loved being able to walk out onto the shop floor whenever I wanted.

Advice
Always ask questions and give your all to everything you do. Pour thought and curiosity into your work. Find ways to make your work interesting to you, and excel!
