The atmosphere at the Cape is unmatched. The things I had the opportunity to work on were incredible.

To talk to as many people as possible. Everybody has their own area of expertise and getting to know them not only makes for a better workplace but also helps you to do your job effectively.

What I liked
The work environment was relaxed, they were very flexible about my schedule. They encouraged us to work together and we got to work with real employees as well. The work was interesting.
What I wish was different
A bit more structure and more cohesive goals would have helped guide us.
Advice
It is very worth it to reach out to family friends and try to do something with your summer.
