Everyone was really welcoming and eager to answer any questions I might have. Since Jennison is a relatively small firm, everyone is relatively close and most people have been at Jennison for a long time so they have a lot of industry experience to speak from.
What I wish was different
I worked on a specific project for the summer and while that was fun, I wish I'd had more day-to-day duties, so I could get a better grasp on what working in the Finance Department at Jennison would be like.
Advice
Take advantage of the high level of industry experience that most Jennison employees share by talking to people. Get to know people outside of your team and department to find out what the best fit for you would be.
