I enjoyed that there was open communication within the company. Open door policies are extremely welcoming, especially to me as an intern.
I was exposed to a lot of different opportunities available within the company.

What I liked
The work-life balance, coworker quality, camaraderie, & development opportunities.
I learned a lot on my project and everyone has been super supportive of me both professionally, personally, and in school life!
What I wish was different
Nothing. Maybe been able to see other job sites, but I was able to see so much being there on the jobsite everyday that has helped me grow exponentially.
Advice
Be yourself. Especially with a company like JE Dunn, it is one huge family and you want to make sure they are a great fit for you just as much as you are to them.
** please note when your review this, I am an intern but the things on the next page about perks and Benefits, I am putting everything the offer to full time post-college people! — you can edit this part out**
