Harmony Communities owns and operates four licensed adult foster care homes in the Hudsonville/Jenison area of eastern Ottawa County. Each home has a dedicated team of professionals who organize and manage the day to day programming for six residents. We provide a quality environment with a homelike atmosphere where each resident is given the opportunity to reach their highest potential, be a productive citizen, exert their individual rights, and engage in culturally and age appropriate activities, experiences, and events.
