“I really enjoyed the environment I worked in. Everyone in my department was extremely welcoming and amenable when I had questions, especially my direct supervisor! Aside from the work that I contributed to, my favorite part of this internship was the fact that my time at this agency fell during Pride Month and an agency-wide community day. There were events that celebrated both, the agency-wide community day specifically hosting an event that showed all walks of life as well as a booth-like table for different communities. I personally helped set up and shed some light on the Hispanic community at Farm Credit Administration (FCA).”
