I really enjoyed the gentle work environment, and work I was being given. I was able to use and build a skill set while doing the same kind of work. Katie, the Founding Director is such a great leader and really focused on building the team through transparency and invaluable creative feedback.
What I wish was different
I wish I was living in New York so I could be more hands on. The role was hybrid, but I was able to travel to New York for a shoot this summer which was really fun!
Advice
Be open to learn, and humble yourself. Even if you’re good at what you do, you want to meet the client needs more than your ability to know how.
