In the beginning the schedule was flexible and the team was amazing to work for. Somewhere along the way it became less about the individuals supported and more about cutting corners to save a few dollars. The individuals served were amazing people.
What I wish was different
They chose to move to a money saving scheduling system. This was to save the company money and provide better balance to team members. For some people it will work out fantastic but for students like myself, they no longer accommodate school schedules. A student cannot work a front half or back half of the week schedule.
Advice
Go in to this organization knowing they will lie to your face and only look out for themselves. Personally, I would look elsewhere for employment. This company looks out for those at the top and does not really care about the individuals served or the team members at the bottom. With each passing year at this company I saw the decline and I am glad my time has finally come to an end.
