I loved the structure of the program, including: interviewing C-Suite execs, group projects, volunteering in the community, DSM community leadership program participation, job shadowing, etc.
What I wish was different
Job offer comes a bit late (early April).
Advice
Be open to new experiences & glean as much as you can while there -- there's a LOT to learn! :)
